These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all goods by Chicoland and form the basis of the contract between you and us. 1. Formation of Contract

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email and/or on-screen confirmation acknowledging receipt of the order. This does not constitute acceptance. Only items listed in the dispatch confirmation will be included in the contract.

If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be treated as cancelled and any payments made will be fully refunded.

Once an order is placed, a standard pre-authorisation check is performed to ensure sufficient funds. Your card will be charged once authorisation is confirmed. The funds will then be allocated to your order and applied toward the purchase total once the goods are dispatched.
